Emil Maynard

Emil Maynard is a Senior Data Scientist at MUFG, where they analyze data to identify potential financial crime risks using advanced statistical techniques and machine learning. Previously, they served as a Senior Data Science Consultant at Deloitte, delivering advanced analytics and risk management solutions in the financial services sector. Emil began their career as a Junior Data Science Intern at iGenie Consulting before progressing to a Data Scientist role, where they developed various models to predict stock prices and analyze social media sentiment. They hold a Master’s degree in Data Science & Analytics from Brunel University London and a Bachelor’s degree in Management (Finance) from The University of the West Indies Cave Hill Campus. Emil also gained experience as a Data Scientist at Deutsche Bank, creating dashboards and proof of concepts in financial crime risk analysis.
