Giuseppe Schirmo

Giuseppe Schirmo currently serves as the Head of Global Corporate & Investment Banking Italy and Head of Corporate Coverage at MUFG since April 2022, as well as heading CIB Business Development for Italy. Prior to this role, Giuseppe worked at NatWest from May 2007 to October 2021, where responsibilities included leading Corporate & SSA Financing and Hedging Solutions for Italy, alongside a tenure as Director in Global Banking & Markets. Giuseppe's career began at Dexia in Public Sector Debt Management from September 2003 to April 2007. Educational qualifications include a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Banking and Finance from Università degli studi Roma TRE and participation in the Erasmus Exchange Programme at Universidad Rey Juan Carlos.
