Roger Weilep

Roger Weilep is an experienced finance professional currently serving as an Executive Director in Institutional Credit Sales at Mitsubishi UFJ Securities since November 2013. Prior to this role, Roger held the position of Managing Director in Credit Sales at Gleacher & Company from September 2008 to April 2013, and served as a Director in Credit Sales at Deutsche Bank Securities from 1998 to 2008. Roger's foundational experience includes a military career as a Captain and Company Commander in the U.S. Army, where skills as a UH-60 Blackhawk pilot were developed. Roger earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Management from the United States Military Academy at West Point between 1982 and 1986.
