Serina Jonas

Serina Jonas is an experienced HR transformation and change leader, currently serving as the HR Transformation Programme & Change Director at MUFG since June 2022, where responsibilities include aligning and optimizing the EMEA HR function through strategic change programs. Prior to this role, Serina held various key positions, including Interim Senior Director of HR Service Delivery at JLL and Interim Director of People Operations & Reward at OYO. Serina's extensive background in HR includes significant roles at UBS as Executive Director, EMEA HR Service Delivery, and at Citi as SVP, EMEA HR Shared Services Head. With a strong focus on enhancing customer experience, process improvement, and efficient delivery models, Serina's career spans multiple organizations and complex HR initiatives. Educational qualifications include a BA (Hons) in Business and Management from the University of Essex, a Diploma in Arts Administration from Birbeck College, and a Certificate in Foundations Studies from Wimbledon School of Art.
