Shawn Schmidt is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in the financial and hospitality sectors. Currently serving as a Bar Back and Bar Operations Assistant at The Guadalupe on Main since November 2024, Shawn specializes in modern Southwest cuisine and craft cocktails. Previously, Shawn held the position of Compliance Professional II, Associate / Assistant Vice President at MUFG Bank, Ltd., and has extensive experience as an Economic Sanctions Adjudication Analyst at U.S. Bank, focusing on anti-money laundering and compliance measures. Shawn earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a double major in Finance and Management from Roosevelt University and an Associate of Arts in Business Administration from Harper College.
