Tracy Mak

Tracy Mak is a seasoned recruiter with extensive experience in campus and talent acquisition across prominent financial institutions. Currently serving as a Campus Recruiter at MUFG since October 2024, Tracy previously held the position of AVP, Early Career and Program Management at Citi, where the focus was on APAC Investment Banking and Corporate Banking. Prior to that role, Tracy was a Senior Recruiter at PwC managing campus recruitment for Consulting, Risk Assurance, and Advisory, and also worked as an HR Business Partner. Additional experience includes recruitment roles at Goldman Sachs and Standard Chartered Bank. Tracy holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from City University of Hong Kong and participated in an exchange program at the University of Bath.
