Vikas Verma

Vikas Verma is a bilingual HR generalist with a decade of expertise in HR business partner roles, operations, and talent acquisition. Vikas has a proven track record of shaping workplace cultures and refining HR processes while connecting talent across various industries. Previously, Vikas founded The VVR Group, leading a team in delivering language and digital services, and held multiple HR positions at MUFG, contributing significantly to HR department setup and operations. Vikas earned an MBA with a dual specialization in HR and Marketing from IAME Business School Bengaluru and is currently studying Japanese Labor and Employment Law at Temple University Japan while pursuing a Japanese language course.
