Vincent Tan

Vincent Tan is an experienced professional in risk management and cybersecurity, currently serving as the Regional IT GRC Lead at MUFG since August 2022. Previously, Vincent held the position of Head of Operational Risk at Green Link Digital Bank from August 2021 to July 2022. Vincent's extensive career at HSBC Singapore spanned over 16 years, during which roles included Head of Cyber, Info & Tech Risk Office & Digital Risk, Head of Business Oversight and CITRO, and Business Risk & Control Manager, among others. Earlier experience includes positions at ABN AMRO Bank N.V. and American Express Bank International. Vincent's educational background includes a Master of Science in Security by Design from Singapore University of Technology and Design and dual bachelor's degrees in Commerce and Economics from The University of Queensland.
