Yusuke Kobayashi

Yusuke "Justin" Kobayashi is a seasoned banking professional with extensive experience in corporate banking and investment banking. Currently serving as Managing Director at MUFG since October 2015, Yusuke oversees several key divisions, including as Deputy Head of Corporate Banking Division No. 2 and Head of Corporate Banking Department No. 1. Previous roles at MUFG include leading the Office of Regional Executive for India & Sri Lanka and directing the Global Commercial Banking Planning Division. Prior to MUFG, Yusuke held director and vice president positions at Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ from January 2007 to July 2015, focusing on commodities and structured trade finance. Yusuke holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from Keio University, earned between 1996 and 2000.
