Bas Mooij

Bas Mooij MA has extensive experience in archaeology and project management, currently serving as Veldarcheoloog en depotbeheerder at MUG Ingenieursbureau since April 2019. Previously, Bas held roles such as Hulpverlener Zakelijke markt at ANWB and Junior Projectmedewerker at RAAP Archeologisch Adviesbureau. Bas has a solid educational background with a Master's degree in Archaeology focused on Pre- and Protohistory of North West Europe from the University of Groningen, along with a Bachelor of Science in Archaeology from Saxion University of Applied Sciences. Additional experience includes various internships in archaeology and cultural heritage within municipal and cultural agencies. Bas is also a co-founder and former treasurer of the student association D.A.S.
