Basit Habib

Basit Habib has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple companies and roles. Basit started their career at Mughal Steel in 1999 as a Deputy General Manager, where they worked until 2003. Basit then joined NASCO in 2003 and served as a Manager until 2014. From 2014 to 2016, they held the position of Department Head Production at NASCO. In 2016, they returned to Mughal Steel and assumed the role of Chief Technical Officer, their current position.

Basit Habib attended the University of Engineering and Technology, Lahore from 1994 to 1999, where they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree in Metallurgical Engineering. In addition to their formal education, Basit also holds certifications in Black Belt Six Sigma from Wipro, IOSH membership from IOSH Managing Safely Course, and ISO Auditor certification from Moody.
