Diego Vela

Diego Vela is currently working as the Regional Manager of Stores at Mugsy since March 2023. Prior to this role, Diego was an Associate Store Developer at Mugsy Jeans and a Store Manager at The Tie Bar. Diego also has experience as a Visual Merchandiser of Retail Stores and Assistant Manager at various companies including francesca’s®. Before their retail career, Diego worked as an Animal Interpreter at Lincoln Park Zoo. Diego holds a High School Diploma from Northside College Prep and attended the University of Illinois Chicago from 2012 to 2014.
