Paola Restrepo Ospina

Paola Restrepo Ospina currently serves as the Executive Director of IAB Colombia, a position held since May 2023. In addition to this role, Paola is an independent principal member of the board of directors and serves on the audit and corporate governance committees at CredibanCo since July 2022. As a co-founder and executive president at MujeresTIC_Col since March 2018, Paola has also held the position of a principal board member. Paola contributes to academia as an instructor in strategy at Universidad del Rosario.
