Taketo Hayashi's work experience starts in 2013 as an intern at Institute Mihailo Pupin. In 2015, they joined JGC as a Piping Engineer, where they worked on various projects, including a gas gathering facility plant design project in Algeria and a gas compression facility in Algeria. TAKETO was responsible for developing plot plans, piping layouts, and mechanical analysis, as well as coordinating with other disciplines and managing designers. From July 2018 to July 2019, they served as the Deputy Piping Manager for the gas compression facility in Algeria, managing 20 supervisors and coordinating with subcontractors. In their last role at JGC as an Assistant Piping Lead Engineer, they worked on an LNG plant's front-end engineering and estimation. In April 2020, they joined Mujin, Inc. as a System Engineer, where they design solutions using AGVs from China. TAKETO'sresponsibilities include coordinating with vendors and clients, designing factory layouts and flow, deploying solutions at actual sites, and integrating APIs to meet client requirements. TAKETO has worked on projects such as automating automobile parts manufacturing, warehouse projects for 3PL, and automation of warehouses for a medical e-commerce company and a consumables manufacturer.

Taketo Hayashi has a strong educational background in the field of aerospace engineering. TAKETO completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree at Tohoku University from 2009 to 2013 with a focus on aerospace engineering, aerospace manufacturing, and astronautical science. During their undergraduate studies, they also had the opportunity to study abroad at UC Irvine from 2011 to 2012, further exploring the field of aerospace engineering.

After completing their bachelor's degree, Hayashi pursued a Master of Science (M.S.) degree at Tohoku University from 2013 to 2015, specializing in mechanical engineering. This advanced degree allowed him to deepen their knowledge and skills in the field.

To enhance their professional qualifications, Hayashi obtained the FE Mechanical Engineering certification from NCEES in June 2018. This certification serves as evidence of their proficiency and expertise in the field of mechanical engineering.
