Steven Holm

Steven Holm is a seasoned professional in real estate development, finance, and business operations with extensive experience across multiple industries. As a Partner at Cultivate Ventures since July 2014, Steven engages in high-yield commercial real estate sectors, leveraging significant legal and accounting expertise. In addition to this role, Steven co-owns muk haircare Pty Ltd, managing US and Canada distribution and overseeing finance and e-commerce initiatives. As a co-owner of The Hoboken Man and The Ridgewood Man, Steven has contributed to the businesses' successes, including notable awards. Prior experience includes leadership positions at Citi, Credit Suisse, and Lehman Brothers, supported by an MBA in Finance and Accounting from Fordham Gabelli School of Business. Steven also served on the Board of Directors for Arganica, playing a key role in the company's sale.
