Thaddaeus Xalxo

Thaddaeus Xalxo possesses extensive experience in project coordination and technical specialization within the realm of natural resource management and social policy. Currently serving as a Project & Workshops Coordinator for the British Council ADB Project in Meghalaya, Thaddaeus has also held the positions of Technical Specialist and Deputy Project Director at the Meghalaya Basin Management Agency, where responsibilities included implementing World Bank-funded projects. As a Regional Program Coordinator for Mukesh & Associates, Thaddaeus focuses on monitoring and evaluation for the Integrated Watershed Management Programme, a flagship initiative of the Government of India. Earlier experience includes a managerial role in finance administration and resource mobilization at the Meghalaya Rural Development Society for the IFAD Project. Thaddaeus holds a Master of Social Work degree specializing in Social Policy and Planning from the University of Mumbai.
