Ben Coles

Ben Coles is the Managing Director of Mulberry Property Developments Ltd, a role held since August 2019, where the focus is on building residential and commercial properties across the Midlands and optimizing land assets in partnership with landowners. Prior to this, Ben Coles served as Strategic Land Regional Director at Taylor Wimpey plc from April 2007 to July 2019, overseeing strategic land acquisition in the Central and Eastern Region, and held various positions including Strategic Land and Planning Manager within the company. Earlier experience includes roles at Taylor Woodrow Developments, where Ben Coles was Strategic Land Manager and Land Manager, as well as a Land Buyer position at Crosby Homes from 2001 to 2004. Ben Coles holds a degree in Property and Business from the University of Staffordshire, attended Carre's Grammar School, and Ripon Grammar School.
