Kurt Fago has over 25 years of experience at Mule-Hide Products, currently serving as Customer Service Manager and Product Category Manager for Low Slope Roofing Systems. Responsibilities include developing strategic opportunities for various roofing products and managing pricing and inventory as a former Pricing and Inventory Specialist and Sr. Quoting Specialist. Fago began their career at Mule-Hide as a Warehouse Associate and advanced through various roles, providing exceptional customer service and managing product inquiries. Additionally, Fago served as Captain at South Beloit Fire Department, overseeing operations as a Shift Commander and fulfilling roles as Public Information Officer, NIMS Coordinator, and MABAS Representative. Education was completed at Blackhawk Technical College.
