Drew Martin

Drew Martin is an experienced production and logistics professional with a diverse background spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Production Manager at Mulgowie Farming Company since March 2023, Drew previously held roles such as Production Planner at PepsiCo, where production plans were delivered with 100% DIFOT for the Woolworths PPU promotion. Prior experience includes managing the production supply chain at Shell Australia Lubricants, overseeing production efficiency and converting a facility to an import terminal with significant cost savings. Drew’s career also features roles at Shell Company of Australia, Mitsubishi Corporation UK, and ANZ Banking Group, with competencies in transport, export operations, and contract administration. Educational qualifications include a Diploma of Logistics and a Diploma of Business from TAFE Queensland, alongside a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification from the Lean Sigma Institute.
