Guillaume Garcin

Guillaume Garcin is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Director of Finance at Mulhouse Alsace Agglomération since July 2023. Previously, Guillaume completed a training program as a territorial administrator at the Institut national des études territoriales from February 2022 to July 2023. During a series of internships, Guillaume contributed to various local government projects, including diagnoses for public procurement at the City and Eurometropolis of Strasbourg and financial strategy development for the Departmental Council of Allier. With prior leadership as Director General and Chief Financial Officer for the Community of Municipalities of the Station des Rousses-Haut-Jura, involvement in projects with international organizations such as the Council of Europe, and a solid educational background from various prestigious institutions, Guillaume Garcin brings a wealth of expertise in public administration and financial management.
