Ludan Theron

Ludan Theron, CFA, is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in project finance and corporate finance advisory. Currently serving as a Senior Associate in Project Finance at Mulilo since May 2025, Ludan focuses on developing detailed financial models for large-scale renewable energy projects, including BESS, wind, and solar, and conducting feasibility assessments through cash flow projections and scenario testing. Prior to this role, Ludan spent nearly eight years at Oceanrock Consulting, where progress included positions from Private Equity Analyst to Associate Team Manager, overseeing project workflows, managing teams, and driving revenue growth across various sectors in the UK and Europe through M&A activities, financial modeling, and client relationships. Ludan holds a Master's degree in Economics - Risk Management from North-West University and a Bachelor of Commerce Honours in Financial Analysis and Portfolio Management, alongside a Bachelor of Commerce in Economics from the University of Cape Town.
