Daniel M. Braude

Daniel M. Braude is a Partner at Mullen Coughlin LLC since February 2023. Previously, Daniel served as Partner and Chair of the eDiscovery Practice Team at Wilson Elser Moskowitz Edelman & Dicker LLP from July 2007 to February 2023, where Daniel also held roles as Of Counsel and Associate. In addition to legal practice, Daniel was an Adjunct Professor of eDiscovery at the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University from 2015 to 2022. Daniel earned a J.D., cum laude, from Seton Hall University School of Law between 2003 and 2006 and a B.S. in Finance from Lehigh University from 1995 to 1999.
