Mary J. Britt

Mary Britt became a member of the Mullen & Filippi team on October 9, 2017. Mary has practiced workers’ compensation law since 2014. She represents employers, insurance carriers, and third-party administrators with respect to workers’ compensation claims, as well as related matters, such as 132(a) claims and Serious & Willful allegations. Prior to her career in workers’ compensation, Mary was a mediator with ten years of experience in mediating a wide variety of disputes covering a broad spectrum of legal areas of practice.
