James Cubbin

James Cubbin has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. James is currently the Head of UK Engineering at Müller UK & Ireland, responsible for the overall engineering function in the Müller Milk & Ingredients business unit. Prior to this, James worked as a Senior Consultant at MCP Consulting Group Ltd. and held various leadership positions at Morrisons, including Group Head of Engineering (Manufacturing) and Group Engineering, Maintenance & Reliability Senior Manager (Manufacturing Division). James also worked as an Associate Director at Novartis Vaccines and Diagnostics. James has international experience as an Associate Consultant at MCP Consulting Group Ltd., where they provided leadership for performance improvement in maintenance and reliability at a pharmaceutical research and supply site in California, USA. James started their career at AstraZeneca, where they held roles in engineering asset management, business process improvement, site engineering and maintenance start-up, technical support engineering, and various summer work placements as part of the AZ Engineering University Sponsorship program.

James Cubbin attended Calday Grange Grammar School from 1991 to 1999. James then went on to pursue a degree in Mechanical Engineering at The University of Manchester from 2000 to 2004, earning an M.Eng.
