Yousif Eltom

Yousif Eltom currently serves as the Head of Operational Excellence for Yogurts & Desserts at Müller UK & Ireland since May 2022. Prior experience includes roles as the UK Group Lean Manager and Regional Lean Manager at ABP Food Group from January 2018 to May 2022, focusing on lean strategy design and implementation. Yousif worked at Mondelēz International from May 2014 to January 2018 as a Continuous Improvement Business Partner and Manufacturing Manager, leading significant efficiency projects and training in Integrated Lean Six Sigma. Previous positions include Process Engineer at WSP CEL and Project Engineer at NSG Pilkington, with early experience as a Process Engineer- Industrial Placement Student at Pilkington. Yousif holds an MEng in Chemical Engineering from Aston University and is currently pursuing an Executive MBA at Nottingham Trent University.
