Esra Kaya is an experienced professional in sales and event management with a strong background in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as the Sales & Partnerships Manager at Mulpha International since January 2023, and also as the Sales & Marketing Manager at The Venue Alexandria since June 2021, Esra has previously held key roles including Senior Event Manager and Senior Catering & Events Manager at Compass Group, and Senior Business Development Manager for Weddings & Social Events at Intercontinental Sydney Double Bay. Esra has demonstrated expertise in corporate and social events management, team leadership, and business development, having successfully led teams and achieved significant sales targets during tenure at Le Montage as General Manager & Director of Corporate Sales.
