Gilberto Cervantes

Gilberto Cervantes is an experienced professional in operational excellence and continuous improvement, currently serving as the Operational Excellence Lead EMEA (CEE) at MCC Label since April 2017. Cervantes has a track record of driving transformational change through Lean Manufacturing and has held several managerial roles focused on performance improvement and value stream mapping across various sites. Prior experience includes serving as Assistant Site Manager and Project Manager, as well as working as a CIAM Hub Assistant at the University of Stavanger. Gilberto co-owned and managed a plastic toy factory and began a career as a Field Engineer at Schlumberger, gaining significant technical expertise. Cervantes holds a Master of Science in Offshore Technology from the University of Stavanger and a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering with a minor in Environmental Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
