Scott Mannis

Scott Mannis has extensive work experience in human resources, with a focus on talent management, organizational development, and HR strategies. Scott has held senior leadership positions in various companies, including MCC Label, SunSource, Panasonic, Hussmann, Kellwood Company, Nestlé Purina North America, Earthgrains, and Anheuser-Busch. Throughout their career, Scott has been involved in driving organizational growth, implementing talent management practices, leading cultural change, and overseeing HR teams. Scott has also played a significant role in post-acquisition restructuring and executive team succession planning. Scott's expertise in HR has enabled him to successfully align talent practices, leadership development, and diversity and inclusion initiatives to support business objectives.

Scott Mannis earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Colorado Boulder. Scott later obtained a Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology from Saint Louis University between 1992 and 2000.
