Ellie Rezania

Ellie Rezania is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent assessment and organizational psychology. Currently serving as the Product and Solutions Manager at Multi-Health Systems Inc. since August 2022, Ellie also holds the position of Research Scientist for Talent Assessment at MHS Assessment Inc. since September 2016. In previous roles, Ellie demonstrated expertise in designing and administering selection processes for various public safety departments, including significant achievements in promotional assessments for the Memphis Tennessee Police department. Additional experience includes consulting for federal agencies at ICF International and conducting entrepreneurial research at Sharif University of Technology. Ellie holds an MBA in Human Resources Management and a Master's in I/O Psychology, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Clinical Psychology.
