Shay Clancy

Shay Clancy is an experienced professional with a robust background in organisational development and emotional intelligence applications. As the Founder and Managing Director of Ascend+, established in July 2006, Shay leads efforts to align organisations and their people towards sustainable development. In addition, Shay serves as a Master Distributor and Certified International Training Partner for EQ-i 2.0 with Multi-Health Systems Inc. since February 2012, focusing on enhancing organisational effectiveness through Emotional Intelligence. Shay also contributes as Adjunct Faculty at The Exetor Group, helping multinational clients integrate business outcomes with people leadership. Previous roles include Lead Client Partner at Penna plc and Head of Executive Search at PM Group, along with international experience as Director of European Operations at Thinkpath Inc. Shay holds a Master's of Business (MBS) from University College Cork and various certifications in Emotional Intelligence and Strategic Human Resource Management.
