Sienna has been researching and writing about personal finance for more than seven years. Her work focused on credit cards, payment security, and young adult credit education has appeared on The Balance and CreditCards.com.
Sienna has led more than a dozen credit card data surveys to produce original statistics and educate readers about industry trends and card terms that have been cited by online publications such as WSJ.com, CBSNews.com, USA Today, HuffPost, and The Washington Post. Sienna first started writing about personal finance for U.S. News & World Report, first as an intern and later as a freelance personal finance writer.
Sienna has been interviewed as personal finance and credit card expert for numerous radio segments and online publications such as 89.3 KPPC’s Take Two program in Southern California and NBCNews.com.
Sienna has a bachelor's degree in journalism from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh. She also completed a media studies program with The Fund For American Studies at George Mason University in Washington, D.C.
