Igor Guba

Igor Guba is an experienced professional in quality assurance and engineering, currently serving as the Director of QA and Engineering at Multi Radiance Medical since June 2025. Prior to this role, Igor held multiple positions at Valtronic from March 2022 to June 2025, including Program Manager, Senior Quality Engineer, and Quality Engineer. Igor's tenure at Multi Radiance Medical from October 2020 to March 2022 included the role of Quality Manager. Previous experience also includes project management at JSC for Power and Electrification "Mosenergo" and various expert and engineering positions at JSC "OGK-2" and its Novocherkassk Power Station. Igor holds a degree from South Russian State Technical University (Novocherkassk Polytechnic Institute) and completed a Coding Boot Camp in Web Development at Case Western Reserve University in 2019.
