Randy Waugh has been working in the marketing field since 2018, when they began at Multi-Specialty HealthCare. From 2015 to 2016, they were self-employed, with roles as Business Owner of Handy Randy's Lanscaping Services LLC and Estimator at Ruff Roofers, Inc.

Randy Waugh attended Limestone University from 2008 to 2012, where they received a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Criminal Justice and Corrections. Prior to that, they attended Severna Park Highschool.
