Arnold Garcia is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, currently serving as Chief Commercial Officer and Vice President of Strategy, Innovation, and Business Operations at Multicare Pharmaceuticals Philippines, Inc., since October 2009.
