Lars Bratthall

Lars Bratthall is a seasoned technology executive currently serving as CIO at Multiconsult since October 2022. Previously, Lars held the position of Chief IT Architect at Bane NOR, overseeing IT architecture for the Norwegian national railway infrastructure from October 2020 to September 2022. Prior experience includes serving as Chief Enterprise Architect at Orkla ASA, Enterprise Architect at Color Line, and Global VP Architecture at Telenor Group. Lars has a strong background in managing IT and project delivery at Elopak and enterprise architecture across various domains at Sparebank 1. Beginning a career in research at DNV Research & Innovation and ABB Corporate Research, Lars also has consulting experience from Q-Labs. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Software Engineering Economics from the University of Oslo and an MSc in Computer Science & Engineering from Lund Institute of Technology, complemented by executive education from renowned institutions including Saïd Business School, Stanford University, and IMD.
