Svein Brendsund

Svein Brendsund is an accomplished professional with extensive leadership experience in the oil and gas industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Performance Management at Multiconsult ASA since October 2019, Brendsund has held various senior roles within the company, including Vice President focusing on projects and products. Prior experience includes a tenure as Senior Advisor and Vice President at DNV GL Oil & Gas, driving business development for key clients. Brendsund was the Managing Director of SEMO Offshore AS, where responsibilities included business development and proprietary FPSO-based solutions. Additional leadership roles encompass Directorship at SAS Technical Services AB, management consulting at SEMCO International AS, and significant project management at Saga Petroleum, Smedvig ASA, and Norsk Hydro. Brendsund holds an International MBA from BI Norwegian School of Management and a PhD in Multiphase Flow Technology from The Norwegian Institute of Technology, alongside extensive international education.
