Michelle Copeland is an experienced sales professional with a strong background in the utilities and real estate sectors. Currently serving as the Regional Sales Manager for BANYAN Utility since January 2022, Michelle focuses on helping multifamily property owners recover utility costs while enhancing net operating income and promoting sustainability. Prior experience includes roles as Territory Sales Manager and Account Executive at Williams Scotsman, Regional Sales Executive at Valet Waste, and Account Representative at RealPage, Inc. Additionally, Michelle held a Senior Sales Executive position at RentPath and began as a Sales Marketing Representative at AmRent, Inc., following a tenure as a Property Manager at Continental Real Estate Companies.
