Niels Weijers

Niels Weijers has extensive experience in quality coordination and electronics testing, currently serving as Kwaliteitscoördinator at MULTIFIX Group since May 2016. Prior to this role, Niels worked at Neways Advanced Applications BV for nearly six years in various capacities including Test & Repair, where responsibilities involved testing and repairing PCBA’s for diverse clients. Niels also gained valuable experience as an operator at SeeCubic B.V. in 2013 and as the owner of Montagebedrijf Weijers from 2008 to 2010, focusing on fiber optic modem installations. Earlier roles included a significant tenure at Ripa (Neways) as a tester, where Niels was involved in similar testing and repair tasks. Niels has obtained several certifications in electronic assembly standards and processes, including IPC-A-610 and IPC 7711/7721, along with a diploma in electronics from MTS Helmond and a Yellow belt certification in lean management.
