Marcela Ribeiro Gonçalves has a diverse professional background in the areas of blockchain and process consulting. From 2013 to 2020, they held various roles in companies such as Deloitte, SIX Automação S/A - Grupo EBX, Blockchain Brasil, and Multiledgers. In 2020, they were appointed Multiledgers Delegate at the International Telecommunication Union. From 2017 to 2019, they were a Researcher for CT-Blockchain, and a Study Group Delegate for the Proposal on Interoperability between Blockchain Networks. In 2018, they were a Community Builder RJ for Women in Blockchain BR. From 2017 to 2020, they were a Business Transformation Consultant for Senior Consultant, and a Research of Blockchain and Public Policy for Instituto de Tecnologia & Sociedade do Rio de Janeiro. From 2015 to 2017, they were a Senior Consultant for Consultor Senior de Processos, where they were responsible for structuring the Compliance area with mapping processes, aligning organizational structure and defining indicators. From 2012 to 2013, they were a Senior Especialist - Business Consultant for Deloitte, where they were responsible for the governance model definition for PID's risk management area, reports' processes optimization, and executive reporting development to monitor integrated projects. From 2012 to 2013, they were a Process Coordinator for SIX Automação S/A - Grupo EBX, where they were responsible for creating the concept of Competence Center and implementing the Process Competence Center.
Marcela Ribeiro Gonçalves received their MBA in Gestão de Negócio com Inteligência Competitiva from Universidade Federal do Estado do Rio de Janeiro between 2008 and 2011. Marcela also holds a Graduation in Engenharia de Controle e Automação from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro, which they obtained between 1995 and 2001. Additionally, Marcela has obtained certifications from Boundaryless - Platform Design Toolkit, ITS Rio, and Coursera Course Certificates in Platform Design Certified Facilitator, Blockchain Hub, and Process Mining: Data Science in Action, respectively. These certifications were obtained in June 2022, November 2016, and October 2016.
