Stela Foteva is an experienced native-speaking language instructor and linguist specializing in Bulgarian and Russian. Since 2009, Stela has worked with Diplomatic Language Services, delivering proficiency-based language training and conducting linguist testing for various clients, including government and academic institutions. In addition to current roles with ICA Language Services and MultiLingual Solutions, Stela has developed language curriculum and self-study courses while effectively teaching students across different proficiency levels. Stela's background includes teaching positions at Dictyon and the International Center for Language Studies. Stela holds a Master's degree in Russian Language and Literature from Moscow State University and a Bachelor of Arts from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski.
