Localization Lead at Multilogin

Yana Shcharbina has a diverse work experience ranging from freelance translation to customer support roles. Yana started their career in 2014 as a Freelance Translator and later worked as a Customer Service Specialist at Uber. In 2017, they joined SolbegSoft as a Technical Support Engineer and then moved on to become a Customer Support Manager at Gismart in 2019. Yana also worked at MolaMola as a Support Guru, where they handled website localization, community management, and conflict-solving. Yana joined Ukrainer as a Proofreader in 2020 and currently holds the role of Localization/Support Specialist at Multilogin, where they later became the Localization Team Lead.

Yana Shcharbina attended Belarusian State Economic University from 2010 to 2015, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in International Business Communications. In April 2022, they obtained a certification in Localization for Developers from LinkedIn.
