Alfredo Herrera

Alfredo Herrera possesses extensive experience in human resources, having held various leadership roles in multiple companies. From December 2014 to February 2020, Alfredo served as Human Resources Director - HR Programs at Multimatic, following prior positions including Senior Manager Corporate Human Resources and Human Resources Manager within the same organization. Before Multimatic, Alfredo worked as Human Resources Manager at MAZDA LOGISTICA DE MEXICO, S.A. DE C.V., and as a Human Resources Generalist at Brose. Alfredo began a career in human resources while working at Michelin, serving as Production Shift Leader and APM Area Personal Manager. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Labour Psychology from Universidad Autónoma de Querétaro and a Diploma in Human Resources Management from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
