Idan Adi

Idan Adi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in systems engineering and management. Currently serving as the Director of Systems at Sightful since September 2022, Idan previously held various significant roles at Rafael Advanced Defense Systems from 2007 to February 2023, including Program Manager, Project Manager, and Senior System Engineer. Idan's early career includes a tenure as a Major and UAV Pilot in the Israeli Air Force from 1999 to 2016, along with involvement in NATO as a Partner in the NATO Committee for Standardization from 2010 to 2015. Additionally, Idan worked as a System Engineer at Rafael Advanced Defense Systems and as a Senior Software Engineer in the Israel Defense Forces. Idan managed a team of 15 software engineers focused on developing mission-critical systems for precision accuracy and safety in defense projects. Educational background includes studies at The Open University of Israel.
