Tomer Kahan

Tomer Kahan has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and industries.

Tomer is currently the Co-Founder and COO of Sightful, a position they have held since August 2020.

Prior to that, Tomer worked at Magic Leap from 2015 to 2020, where they held positions including Senior Director of Tech Program Management and Operations, as well as Director of Tech Program Management and Operations. In these roles, they were responsible for managing large-scale R&D programs, overseeing global teams, and driving innovation in technologies such as perception, compute, sensors modules, and ASICs.

Before joining Magic Leap, they worked at N-trig, which was later acquired by Microsoft. Tomer served as a Business Development Executive from 2014 to 2015 and as an Associate Vice President of Delivery from 2008 to 2015. At N-trig, Tomer focused on creating strategic alliances, building business models, and conducting market research.

Tomer also gained experience at Broadcom Inc. as an R&D Program Manager from 2005 to 2007, where they managed a network controller program and delivered products to major customers such as IBM and Cisco.

Tomer started their career as a Project Management Consultant at Simple LTD from 2002 to 2005 and also worked as a Research and Teaching Assistant at TAU from 2003 to 2005.

Overall, Tomer Kahan has a strong background in technology program management, operations, business development, and research, with experience in various roles and industries.

Tomer Kahan completed their education in Industrial Engineering & Management from Tel Aviv University. Tomer obtained their B.Sc degree from 2000 to 2004 and later pursued their M.Sc degree from 2003 to 2005.
