Rafael Andres Carrero Valentinier

Rafael Andres Carrero Valentinier is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the insurance and finance sectors. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Financial Officer of a Multinational Insurance Company since 2018, Rafael also holds a position on the Board of Directors and plays a crucial role in strategic and financial planning. Additionally, as a member of the Executive Committee at Aseguradora Ancón since 2020, Rafael contributes to planning and decision-making within the Panamanian insurance market. As the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Impulse Finance Corp. since 2017, Rafael has successfully developed innovative insurance premium financing solutions, resulting in a $50 million active loan portfolio. Previously, Rafael founded Centro TANAMO, which grew rapidly into a reference center for various insurers in Caracas. Rafael holds an Executive MBA from the University of Miami Herbert Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Universidad Metropolitana.
