Yasir Zahid

Yasir Zahid has extensive experience in the telecommunications sector, currently serving as Assistant Manager Voice NOC and IT Infrastructure at Multinet since December 2013. In this role, Yasir is responsible for generating complaint tickets, complex troubleshooting, and providing solutions, with a focus on SIP protocol. Previously, Yasir worked as a Customer Support Engineer at PTCL from September 2010 to December 2013. Yasir holds a Master of Engineering in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from NED University of Engineering and Technology (2013-2015) and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems Engineering from Hamdard University (2008-2012).
