Mike Rubino

Mike Rubino is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and advisory roles, currently serving as a Venture Partner at Syelo Ventures and an Advisor at MultiOn and SkillPool since 2024. With previous leadership experience as Head of Talent at Chef Robotics and Neuralink, Mike played a key role in enhancing human-computer interactions and sourcing top-tier specialists for innovative projects.
