Salvatrice Insalaca has extensive experience in the field of IT support, currently serving as a Service Desk Analyst at Multipharma since 2017. Prior to this role, Salvatrice worked as an Administrative Assistant and Manager from January 1995 to June 2012. Salvatrice's educational background includes a Helpdesk Informatique Junior certification from Interface3, obtained from 2013 to 2014, as well as an ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management, effective from April 7, 2014. Additionally, Salvatrice holds a CESS in Accounting and Business Management from the Istituto Technico Paritario Giuseppe Verga.
