John N. Briggs is currently the Director of Data & Analytics Solutions at Claritev and serves as the Chair/Vice-Chair of the Morrisville Smart City Steering Committee. From 2014 to 2016, they held multiple senior roles at Optum, including Senior Director of IT Projects and Senior Director of Finance Projects. Prior to that, they worked at MetLife as the Director of Data and Analytics Delivery in 2019-2020. With an MBA in Finance & Operations from the UMN Carlson School of Management and a BS in Economics & Political Science from American University, John is also recognized as an Ironman Triathlete.
