Vladi Stevanovic is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and community management across multiple technology companies. Currently serving as the Director of Community at Multiplayer since April 2023, Vladi previously held significant roles at Prisma, including Head of Customer Success, where notable achievements included a 29% increase in paid subscriptions and a 131% growth in community audience engagement. Prior to that, Vladi was a Strategic Customer Success Manager at MongoDB, overseeing a portfolio of high-value Tier 1 clients, and played a key role in launching customer success programs across EMEA and APAC. Earlier experience includes customer operations roles at Squarespace and managerial responsibilities at Fondazione CUOA.
